MALIN+GOETZ is looking for a dynamic Retail Sales Specialist that is focused, motivated and assertive to join our team as selling support at our Bloomingdale's and Barneys New York locations. Ideal candidates are interested to grow with us into energetic sales specialists who are passionate about people, skincare, and MALIN+GOETZ. This position will maximize sales goals, training, education, merchandising, and new opportunities for long term advancement.

Job Description

The Office Coordinator serves as an integral part of the Malin+Goetz team, responsible for day-to-day company support for all departments, including managing office operations, coordinating events, and providing great customer service. This is a dynamic role at a small but quickly-growing company with major opportunity to advance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet and assist all office visitors in a gracious and friendly manner.
  • Manage general office telephone line. Screen calls from customers, potential vendors, suppliers, etc.
  • Provide exceptional, personalized customer service, both via telephone and email.
  • Act as office manager by organizing office inventory and supplies as well as unpacking stock deliveries to the office.
  • Manage daily mail and shipments sent to office as well as outgoing mail and packages as needed.
  • Take weekly team meeting notes and distribute to all company employees.
  • Plan small company events (birthdays, holidays, etc) in-office and in-store.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for senior staff members.
  • Support Training Manager to ensure our Make Up Artist program runs smoothly and product/gratis is distributed quickly and accurately.


Candidate must be a team player, able to juggle new and ongoing projects, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and excel at time management.
