Los Angeles is full of dramatic people, "says Flavie Webster," and you it in the way the women here dress - they're willing to try anything.  "These days, the prevailing style is a mix of California girl staples - jeans, tees, sundresses - with much tougher, rock-inspired elements.  It's an offhand-glamorous aesthetic that's reflected in Webster's own line and boutique, Cerre: "The store is is like my closet: ivory slik vintage blouses next to leather jackets, "she says.  In here downtime, Webster - was born in France moved to L.A. two years ago - embraces a more relaxed look of oversize men's shirts and skinny pants, which the former model amps up with sexy shoes.  "i am from Paris, after all," she says with a laugh, "so I have a major soft spot for heels!"
