Recommended 2 - 3 times a week during shower or bath. Gently massage a generous amount of cleansing scrub over body, avoiding sensitive areas, until lather appears; rinse clean.

Any chance you could put a flip cap on this product? Having to screw and unscrew a cap in the shower is not very convenient. Esp. if you're in a gym shower situation where there isn't a lot of room to put caps down, etc.

Otherwise, love the product. But the lack of a flip cap will more than likely cause me to look elsewhere for a body scrub next time.

Whether you are applying the self-tanner or having it done professionally, what you need to do beforehand is the same. To make sure the products penetrate thoroughly, exfoliate your body with a scrub that has ingredients like bamboo, or, the Malin+Goetz Peppermint Body Scrub.
