what is (+)points?
(+)points is MALIN+GOETZ's loyalty program. join for exclusive access to member-only perks + rewards.
how can i redeem my points?
redeem your points via the dropdown at checkout. redeem 200, 400, 600, 800, or 1,000 points at a time.
can i earn points on past purchases?
points can only be earned on purchases made after joining the program.
is there a limit to how many points i redeem per order?
yes. redeem 200, 400, 600, 800, or a maximum of 1,000 points per order.
how is your tier status determined?
tier status is determined based on purchases made on a rolling 12 month basis. once you enter the insider or VIP tier, you have 12 months to maintain that status.
how can i confirm what tier i am in?
after logging in, scroll down to the tier section of the (+)points account page. there it will confirm your current tier status.
what happens if i don't spend enough to maintain my tier status?
should you not spend enough to remain in the insider or VIP tier, you will move to the appropriate tier based on amount spent.
i referred my friend. why haven't my points been added to my account?
we appreciate you sharing MALIN+GOETZ! referral points are added after your friend uses your custom link to make a purchase. once the purchase has been made, your 500 referral points will be added to your account.
i already have an account. do i need to create a separate one to join (+)points?
if you are already an account holder, you are enrolled in (+)points. to check your tier status + available points, visit your account page here.
can i combine my (+)points rewards with other MALIN+GOETZ offers?
(+)points rewards may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or offers.
will i be able to use my (+)points rewards in store?
yes! your (+)points rewards can be redeemed online at malinandgoetz.com or at any MALIN+GOETZ shop. for a list of locations, visit our store locator.
can i join (+)points if i am not based in the united states?
at this time, this (+)points loyalty program is only available for united states-based customers.
will my rewards expire?
points will expire after 24 months of inactivity. with each purchase at a MALIN+GOETZ shop or on malinandgoetz.com, your point expiration date of 24 months restarts.
what products are not eligible for 2-day shipping?
ineligible products include our collection of eau de parfums, acne treatment nighttime, salicylic gel + our gallon refills. shipping restrictions can be found on individual product pages.
can i return my order if i used (+)points rewards?
yes. if you are returning your entire order, the total dollar value after the reward was applied will be refunded. your reward points will also be added back to your account.
