shipping (within the United States)
Complimentary ground shipping is provided on all orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping charges will apply to all other orders. Malin+Goetz ships via UPS or FedEx, and these services are restricted from delivering to PO Boxes or APO addresses. For delivery to APO addresses or Saturday delivery please call 212 244 7771 or email help@malinandgoetz.com prior to placing your order.

Expedited shipping options affect shipping, not processing.  These shipping options are only available on business days and do not include weekends or holidays.

Products containing alcohol are considered hazardous goods and may only be shipped via Ground service within the contiguous United States. This includes acne treatment nighttime, eau de toilettes, and eau de parfums (all sizes, including samples).

processing
We process orders in the order they are received, following credit approval. While we strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day, you may find small delays during periods of high volume.

order modification or cancellation
We are not able to modify or cancel orders once they are submitted. If there is an issue, please call us at 212 244 7771 or email help@malinandgoetz.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.

exchanges + returns
We welcome your feedback with regard to any of our products or services. Should you wish to return a product, please return to the original point of purchase along with the original receipt.

Customers who purchase products from a (MALIN+GOETZ) store should return to a (MALIN+GOETZ) store. Products from the (MALIN+GOETZ) website or phone service may be returned by mail.  Please contact us at 212 244 7771 or help@malinandgoetz.com for assistance. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please retain your shipping receipt until you are certain your return has been received by (MALIN+GOETZ). We suggest utilizing a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for packages that we do not receive.  Except where refunds are required by law, (MALIN+GOETZ) will offer an exchange or store credit on unopened and unused items providing that goods are returned to us within 30 calendar days of receipt with proof of purchase.

Cash purchases will be refunded by corporate check. Please keep a copy of your return receipt and allow seven business days to receive refund check.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: grooming tools, razors, bath brushes, hair brushes, combs, and toothbrushes. Orders and/or products that include a special offer, gift with purchase, coupon, promotion, discount, or special shipping offer are final sale.

Please confirm the return policy at the original point of purchase, as each of our partners has their own return policy. If you buy (MALIN+GOETZ) products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot assist you with any issues that you may encounter.
