Shipping is free in the contiguous US with orders of $75 or more. Malin+Goetz ships via UPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Malin+Goetz is happy to offer weekend delivery services – please call 1-212-244-7771 to arrange for Saturday delivery. APO orders will be shipped via USPS. Standard "Ground" shipping charges will apply.
Products containing alcohol are considered Hazardous Goods and may only be shipped via UPS Ground. Hazardous Goods include Acne Treatment Nighttime and Eau De Toilettes (all sizes).
We process orders Monday through Friday (10:00AM - 6:00PM EST) in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment on the next business day.

We welcome your feedback with regards to any of our products or services. Should you want to return a product, please return to the original point of purchase along with the original receipt. Please confirm the return policy at the original point of purchase, as each retail store has their own return policy. If you buy (MALIN+GOETZ) products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
(MALIN+GOETZ) may offer either an exchange, store credit or refund on unopened and unused items providing that goods are returned to us within 30 calendar days with proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Customers who purchase products from a (MALIN+GOETZ) flagship store in New York should return to a (MALIN+GOETZ) flagship store . Products from the (MALIN+GOETZ) website or phone service may be returned by mail (please ship the return package to: (MALIN+GOETZ), 210 West 29th Street, 3rd Floor, New York, NY 10001). You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Please retain your shipping receipt until you are certain your return has been received by (MALIN+GOETZ). We may need this if we fail to receive your package. Please note: (MALIN+GOETZ) stores are not able to accept returns from online purchases.
Cash purchases will be refunded by Corporate Check. Please keep a copy of your return receipt and allow 7 business days to receive refund check.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: grooming tools, razors, bath brushes, hair brushes, combs, and toothbrushes.
Orders and/or products that include a special offer, gift with purchase, coupon, discount, or special shipping offer are final sale.
